Hello, my name is Emigdio Díaz Portillo, but my friends know me as  Miguel Ángel Díaz (MAD) I am an illustrator, cartoonist and cartoonist, I am fascinated by the universe of illustration and design,_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ I am self-taught, later passing  at the José Martí International Institute of Journalism, in Havana, several comprehensive courses.

Among them, a comprehensive course on the technique of comic book scripts, at the UPEC, Union of Journalists of Cuba. Creator of several comic characters, I have published in books and magazines  in my country Cuba and abroad. 

I immersed myself like everyone in this world since I was little, my school was my father, I inherited from him the love of art, I fully enjoy my work, when I immerse myself in an illustration, a cartoon or a simple sketch, I forget the world, I I move away from one to enter another, in that wonderful coming and going  of the strokes and blots...
